What we collect
- Booking form: your name, email, optional phone number, chosen treatment and message, including any health details you decide to share. They reach our team by email. We use these only to answer your request, based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- AI concierge and Smile Planner: what you type or choose is sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, to write the answer. This site does not save these conversations. If you write an email address or phone number in the chat, that detail and the conversation are sent to our team by email so they can contact you, and the AI may write a short note about your interest. Please avoid sensitive health details there.
- Abuse limits: your IP address is briefly kept in scrambled form, for up to a day, to stop misuse.
If you use our WhatsApp button, you leave this site and your conversation with us is handled by WhatsApp (Meta).
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers your language in your own browser.
How long, and your rights
We keep your request only as long as we need it to answer you and follow up on your care. You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, and you can complain to your data protection authority.
AI answers
The concierge and Smile Planner are automated. They can be wrong, and they don't replace a dentist.
